INSTALL ASI LOADER
If you don't already have it, download and install Silent's ASI Loader (free). Place vorbisFile.dll in your GTA Vice City root directory. This allows custom plugins to load.
COPY MOD FILES
Extract the downloaded archive. Copy VCInfinite.asi and VCInfinite.ini directly into your GTA Vice City root folder (same folder as gta-vc.exe).

CONFIGURE (OPTIONAL)
Open VCInfinite.ini in any text editor to customize which resources are infinite. Toggle individual features on or off — money, health, ammo, armor, and stamina can each be controlled independently.
LAUNCH & PLAY
Start GTA: Vice City normally. The mod loads automatically in the background. You'll see a brief on-screen notification confirming "Vice City Infinite — Active" when the game loads.
